Trending: Sheet Masks
Asian beauty products have become increasingly popular in the U.S., and for good reason. Asian, especially Korean, beauty products tend to use new ingredients and advanced technology. I recently bought a couple of sheet masks at Ulta, and am very happy with what I've tried so far.
The 7 Wonders Caribbean Coconut Calming Mask is meant to calm red and irritated skin. The key ingredients are chamomile, coconut milk and witch hazel. I haven't tried this yet, but plan to use this after my next trip. My skin always gets irritated and dry when I travel, so this is perfect for stashing in your carryon bag.

The Karuna Clarifying+ Face Mask is for problem, acne skin and claims to both calm and clarify the skin. I used this a couple of weeks ago when I was dealing with some breakouts, and it worked so well! I was skeptical about this, but I was so pleased with the results. The key ingredients are Shiso Leaf (an antibacterial that helps minimize breakouts), Ginger (a natural antiseptic) and Honey (soothes skin and hydrates).
Here's the full ingredient list:

This mask fit pretty well over my face and I was as comfortable as you could expect wearing a damp piece of paper on my face for 20 minutes. I really appreciated that there is a good amount of fluid in the packet, so after I took of the mask, I was able to apply the remaining product onto my skin and leave it on overnight.
I highly recommend this mask because the next morning, I noticed that my breakouts were significantly smaller. I did not notice any dryness or irritation, either, which is probably due to the hyaluronic acid, a fantastic moisturizer. A single mask is just $8, so it's worth a try!
