Staying committed | Anti-Racism Resource List
I've seen so many articles, Google documents and Instagram posts since the murder of George Floyd and resulting protests in Minneapolis, the US and around the world. I've found articles that captured my feelings about workplace conversations about race (in a word: exhausted). I've seen lists of seminal works in Black feminism, critical race theory and American history that I want to work my way through. I've also focused on articles about what we in corporate America can do to make our jobs more inclusive and equitable.
So here's a collection of the articles, lists and guides that have been most relevant to me. I plan to update this post as more comes out, and I hope you will bookmark this page and use it as a guide to keep going.

Call me naive, but I feel like there's been a shift in awareness and I want to make sure to we don't lose steam. This past week, I've had some incredibly difficult conversations with colleagues. Admittedly, my cynical side says that a lot of the attention that's been focused on anti-racism and Black Lives Matter is straight up White guilt. However, the optimist within me says that while that may be the starting point for these conversations, there's a tremendous upside to addressing and dismantling systemic racism and anti-blackness in our lives.
Please share resources in the comments so we can learn from each other. Take care.
