Must Have Natasha Denona Products | Best of the brand
I was recently re-organizing my makeup collection and I realized that there are about five brands that represent like 85% of my products, and so I decided to do a "best of" series this week. Natasha Denona is a brand that's relatively new to me, but I've been blown away by the color combinations and quality of her products. The standout products from Natasha Denona are definitely her color products (rather than base products). If you follow her on Instagram, then you know that she's known for more heavy, dramatic looks. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but it's just not really my style. That's why I'm not into her foundations. Her shadows, blushes and highlighters, though? AMAZING.You may remember that I reviewed her Diamond & Blush Palette in Darya a couple of months ago and it's pretty stunning. There are enough textures and shades that it can definitely be an everyday staple. I loved it so much that I went back and bought the other color - Citrus. In addition to having phenomenal cheek products, Natasha Denona makes some stunning eyeshadow palettes. Her larger palettes (like the Sunset Palette) get lots of attention, but I actually prefer her five eyeshadow palettes instead. They're just more approachable. I've found that I don't use my mega eyeshadow palettes very often (regardless of the brand). Natasha's smaller eyeshadow palettes tend to have four shades that are pretty close in tone and then one wild card shade. The addition of that one different shade makes her 5-pan palettes super versatile while still being easy to use.My favorite Natasha Denona eyeshadow palettes are the ones that were released this past holiday season:I love that they're not the typical "holiday" colors and they have the right mix of bold + wearable shades. There are the warm shimmery gold/peach shades, some vibrant mattes and some rich metallic shades too.[one_half padding="0 5px 0 5px"][/one_half][one_half_last padding="0 5px 0 5px"][/one_half_last]
The colors are amazing, the shimmers are shiny and the mattes are creamy.
If you've been wanting to check out some Natasha Denona products, I'd definitely recommend either an eyeshadow palette or one of the cheek palettes. She also recently released some mini cheek duos that are under $20 that would be a great way to test these out. I know her products are pricey, but they are definitely worth it.One last product that I love (but forgot to photograph) are the Chroma Crystal Top Coats. They are a mix between glitter and cream eyeshadow and are super unique. You can dab a little on the lids for a little sparkle, or you can layer on for a little more drama (you can also put them on your cheeks and lips). I love 'em.These are my picks from Natasha Denona, what have you tried? What do you love or hate? Let me know in the comments!
