Skincare Empties | Glossier, The Ordinary + Hada Labo
I just uploaded another YouTube video with some skincare basics that I've used up lately, including Glossier, The Ordinary and Hada Labo. These are all everyday skincare items that I use regularly. Some were great and will definitely be re-purchased, but there are a few that I won't be buying again.https://youtu.be/Zon1PBNGcYM

Here's a quick rundown of what I liked:Bioderma Sensibio H20 Micellar Water. This is a great micellar water / makeup remover. It works well and is gentle on the skin and eyes.Glossier Priming Moisturizer (shop with me using this link to get 10% off your first purchase + free shipping over $30). This is a HG moisturizer for me, so I've already repurchased this several times and will always keep this in my rotation.Glossier Super Bounce (shop with me using this link to get 10% off your first purchase + free shipping over $30). I love using this lightweight serum to add moisture to my skin. Another Glossier favorite. The Ordinary Advanced Retinoid 2%. I didn't see results right away, but after going through about half the bottle, I noticed my pores appeared smaller and my skin was smoother. This is a fairly gentle retinol-based serum, so I recommend it if you want to see how retinol affects your skin.Hada Labo Age Correcting Eye Cream. This is a nice eye cream that feels water-based. It's not greasy and worked nicely under makeup. I mentioned the Hada Labo cleanser in my last empties video, and feel like this brand is a really good affordable line (sold at Target). And here's what I won't be repurchasing:Sunday Riley UFO Oil. I have mixed feelings about this. I think that with daily use, it helps with breakouts, but it doesn't work right away on big spots. Since it's so expensive, I didn't feel comfortable running out to repurchase.Clinique Pep Start Daily UV Protector. I was rooting for you Clinique! *Tyra voice* This is a great formula - lightweight and not greasy. Unfortunately, there was a hint of a gray cast that makes this unworkable for me on no makeup days. If you have a lighter skintone, it may be perfect for you. But if you have my skintone or darker, I wouldn't recommend it.
