7 Perfect Pink Lipsticks For Spring

It's no secret that I love pink, whether its home decor or makeup, I think it's a lovely color.  Since it is now officially spring, I thought I'd share a roundup of seven great pink lip colors, ranging to the palest of pinks to the boldest of magentas.7perfectpinklipsticksforfallHere is a mix of different formulas, shades and price points, so I'm sure there's something for everyone.  In no particular order:pinklipstickswatchesspring1. bite beauty High Pigment Pencil in Violet ($24).  This is my first bite beauty product, and I'm very impressed.  This product is super pigmented and so creamy.  I like that the pencil form makes it easy to apply too.  I love this color and even though it's described as a lavender violet, it looks much more pink than purple to me.  Here's a picture that I snapped a couple of weeks ago for the gram.bitebeautyhighpigmentpencilviolet2. Revlon Colorburst Lacquer Balm in Flirtatious Charmeuse ($9).  This formula is also very moisturizing.  I like that it's semi-glossy, so it's great to apply on the go because it's pretty fool-proof.  It provides rich color and shine, plus it's super affordable.3. MAC lipstick in Lovelorn ($16).  This is a really pretty and bright yellow-based pink.  When I think "pink lipstick" this is the color that comes to mind.  It's quite opaque and creamy.  It has a "lustre" finish so there is some sheen also.  Of the bunch, this is the pink that I reach for most often.4. MAC lipstick in Snob ($16).  This is a cult-favorite that is a very pale pink with cool undertones.  It is not an easy color to wear, but can be great for that mod 60s look.  Since it's so light, I usually have to wear this with a slightly darker lip pencil or a gloss over it to keep my lips from looking too harsh.  For lighter skin tones, this could be a really great pale pink, so it's definitely worth a try.5. YSL Babydoll Kiss & Blush in No. 2 ($40).  I reviewed this lip/cheek product previously (here) and am happy to bring it back out this spring.  This product has a really unique finish because it's thinner than a typical lipstick, but it still lasts very long.  It's similar to Lovelorn, but it's just slightly toned down, so it's great if Lovelorn seems too bright.  This is a great everyday pink because it's creamy and not too matte or too shiny.  Plus, it's a blush too.6. Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in Memento ($18).  I bought these two lip tars in a set that's no longer available, so for $18 you get a product about twice the size of what's pictured here.  This product is truly unique because it's a liquid but dries to a comfortable matte finish that lasts for hours.  I love the color payoff but don't reach for these very often because I don't like applying products with my hands and I'm too lazy to use a lip brush.  That being said, Memento is a gorgeous midtone pink that's just a little lighter than the YSL product mentioned above.  Definitely a unique product with a great finish.7. Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in Anime ($18). Anime is a gorgeous bright pink lip product that is an amped up version of Lovelorn.  I like that this product is smooth to apply and doesn't highlight the texture of the lips, which can often happen with matte products.  This is comfortable on the lips and really gorgeous.perfectpinklipsticksspringShop the post below:[xyz-ihs snippet="pink-lipsticks"]Like what you see?Like beautyluxelife on Facebook here.Follow along on Bloglovin' here.
