My Spring Capsule Wardrobe!

After showcasing my picks for tops, bottoms and shoes, here's what ultimately made it into my spring capsule wardrobe.  As I was doing this, I realized I went a little overboard on black short sleeved tops (3 in different materials), but I like what I like. Finalizing this capsule wardrobe showed me so much about my style.  I started by picking my favorite items and then mixing in other pieces that were most appropriate and versatile.  I realized I like soft colors and lots and lots of black.  I used to think of my style as super girly, but this capsule wardrobe revealed that I am becoming more drawn to simple pieces.  I usually incorporate my femininity with the color choice (blush!) and fabric (lace and silk).  All of my shoe picks were neutral-toned and practical.I plan to feature some of my favorite outfits over the next couple of weeks.  In the meantime, here was my final total: tops - 17 // jackets - 4 // pants - 6 // skirt -1 // dresses - 5 // shoes - 8 // TOTAL - 41.Anyone else try building a capsule wardrobe?Shop the post below:[xyz-ihs snippet="spring-capsule"]Like what you see?Like beautyluxelife on Facebook here.Follow along on Bloglovin' here.
