Summer Skincare Empties | Cleansers

Now that we've overdosed on pumpkin spice lattes and have chosen our Halloween costumes, I figured it was time to do a little recap of the skincare that I've used up over the summer (and in some cases before the summer).  I have tons of different cleansers that I've tried out as well as sunscreen and facial oil.  You know, the basics.https://youtu.be/czMZfycxs1s

Here are some quick thoughts on what I thought of the products that I've used up lately:Missha All Around Safe Block Essence Sun SPF 45. This is a great sunscreen, and one that a reader recommended to me after reading this post on my sunscreen struggles.  I've already reviewed this one in this post, but just as a quick recap, this is a great sunscreen that's very affordable ($10!).Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Cleanser Daily Foaming Wash. Again, I'm sure that I've mentioned this one before, but this is one of my staple cleansers!  It's mildly exfoliating but not drying or irritating at all.  I'll definitely repurchase this one.Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser.  I will always have this cleanser on hand!  I've repurchased it multiple times because this is my favorite gentle cleanser. (You guys already know that I’m a Glossier Rep, so if you shop with me using this link, you’ll get a 10% discount on your first purchase and I’ll earn a commission.  I’d really appreciate your support, but feel free to use or not use my link.)Hada Labo Hydrating Facial Cleanser.  This is a great basic foaming cleanser.  It does a better job of removing makeup than the Glossier one, and I like to keep this in my shower.Sunday Riley Blue Moon Tranquility Cleansing Balm.  My first fail of the batch.  This just didn't work for me.  It felt gritty, and it wasn't a very effective cleanser.  I got this in a Sephora Favorites kit, and I will not be repurchasing this one.Algenist Absolute Hydration Replenishing Sleeping Pack.  This is amazing.  I think this is another one that I got in a Sephora kit, and I will definitely think about repurchasing this one (after I use up some of my other skincare because I have TOO MUCH).The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5.  I have mixed feelings about this.  Yes, it works and does help moisturize the skin.  But I don't love the gel texture, so I probably won't repurchase this one.Clinique Pep Start Eye Cream. This is a great morning eye cream because it's light and helps tighten your under eyes.  IBelif The True Cream - Aqua Bomb.  I got this little jar as a Sephora 100 point perk and it's a nice, basic moisturizer.  I'd consider getting the full sized version because I like how light it feels on the skin.Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate.  You guys know I LOVE this oil.  I've mentioned in this post on my winter to spring skincare routine and the only reason that I haven't repurchased it yet is that I need to finish more skincare before I purchase anything new.  That being said, if I see this in a cute holiday gift set, I'm buying it!I have the video showing up top, but in case you're having trouble, here's a link to the video.
