Chartreuse eyeshadow.  Not lime, not olive and not forest green.  Today I'm talking about chartreuse eyeshadow and trying something new.I like consistency.  I'm one of those people that will watch the same movie over and over again.  I re-read books.  I'll eat the same damn thing for lunch and dinner for days.  I've been known to buy the same item of clothing in multiple colors so that I can repeat variations of the same outfit.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.  Right?

But sometimes life isn't necessarily broken but it's not really working right.  That's pretty much how I've been feeling lately.  I mean I finally (FINALLY) have a job that I really like.  My skin is clear; hair is growing.  I'm low-key poppin, but at the same time I feel like I'm in a rut.Enter the chartreuse eyeshadow...I typically stick to pinks, peaches and gold, and I almost always have some sort of shimmer/glow/gloss combination going on.  But, I feel like I need to switch things up a little.  For some people, switching things up means quitting their job, moving to a new city, going sky-diving.  But for me, that means chartreuse eyeshadow.

Baby steps.
