Looking for the Best Skin Tint: The Estee Edit vs. Glossier

I'm all for a full face of makeup, but sometimes I just want something light and easy.  There are two skin tints out that I've been trying lately, so I thought I would do a comparison.  I have the Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint and The Estee Edit Glowing Skin Balm.Looking for the best skin tint. adiaadores.comOK, so you guys already know that I love the Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint.  I used it in this tutorial earlier this year, and it's so good for those quick and easy makeup days.  It has a very thin consistency.  As you can guess from the packaging, it's actually damn near like water.  I usually use the bottle to squeeze a bit of the skin tint directly onto my face and then I just rub it in with my hands.Looking for the best skin tint. adiaadores.comThe shade that I use, Deep, is one of the five shades that Glossier offers, and it's a good match for my skin color.  It is a neutral brown and because the Perfecting Skin Tint is so sheer, it'll probably work for a range of skin tones.  That being said, there are only five shades offered, so there may not be a shade for everyone.Looking for the best skin tint. adiaadores.comThe Estee Edit Skin Glowing Balm is a new addition to my makeup collection.  I first started using it this summer (check out my End of Summer Favorites video to see it in action), and I really like it.  I've actually been reaching for this more than the Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint because I just like the texture better.  While the Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint has a thin, watery texture, this, well, it's like a balm.  It feels a bit more moisturizing and I think it gives my skin a more glowy finish.I also like the shade a bit better.  The Skin Glowing Balm comes in 12 colors and the shade Caramel is such a pretty golden color and I love how bright it makes my skin.  I think that if you have dry skin, you'd love the little bit of moisture that it adds.Looking for the best skin tint - swatches of Glossier and The Estee Edit. adiaadores.comAs you can see from the photo above, the Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint in Deep is a really good match for my skin.  But The Estee Edit Skin Glowing Balm in Caramel is great too. [highlighted_text]Side Note: these swatches are on my inner arm, which is a few shades lighter than my face.[/highlighted_text]Even though I prefer The Estee Edit Skin Glowing Balm, both of these are great.  Sometimes you want a full face of makeup, but sometimes you just want to even your skin tone a little.  I tend to reach for one of these when I'm in a rush and don't have time to blend in a foundation or tinted moisturizer.  Or sometimes I throw a skin tint into my bag and apply it really quickly on my face once I get to work.Looking for the best skin tint. Glossier vs. The Estee Edit. adiaadores.comI'd recommend the Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint ($26 on glossier.com) if you have more oily skin and The Estee Edit Skin Glowing Balm ($36 on sephora.com) if you have more dry skin. So, would you wear a skin tint? Or are you more into traditional foundation?
