You guys first saw the Estee Edit Gritty & Glow Palettes in my Sephora VIB haul video that I posted last week. As I mentioned in the video, it was definitely an impulse buy and something that I hadn’t planned to buy (don’t you hate when that happens? lol). But, I got tons of comments on Instagram from people who also bought the palette and others who were curious about it, so I decided to film a first impressions video plus a quick makeup look.

The Estee Edit Gritty & Glow Palettes are a set of magnetic face and eye palettes. Both are super pigmented and very buttery. After using the Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadow palettes so much lately, it was nice to use something different. While the ABH palettes are pretty powdery (but still great), these palettes feel insanely creamy. There was zero fallout when using the eyeshadows, which is so good, especially when using darker colors.
Here are some swatches:
I love how shimmery and pigmented these palettes are. The eyeshadow is fully opaque with just one swipe. The cheek colors are very pigmented for highlighters. But, as blushes you’ll get more of a wash of color and shimmer.
Here are the details on the makeup I’m wearing:
Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil* in 5
Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious Mascara
Estee Edit Gritty & Glow Face Palette
Zoeva Luxe Color Blush in Burning Up*
